A recent movie that I have watched was Truth or Dare. The movie was about a group of friends that spent time in a house that was haunted with an evil spirit. While at the house they played the game "truth or dare". Throughout the movie the evil spirit gives truths and dares to each player. But if they don't respond truthfully or don't complete the dare, then the spirit kills them. Plus the movie did not really involve many truths so it was just the character doing dares. So it made no sense to be called "Truth or Dare". As well as I believed that the characters weren't really thought out because their deaths wasn't really the best. Plus it was not really a scary movie, it was more like disturbing because it involved intense scenes that were more gross than scary. I wouldn't recommend as a movie to watch as horror. But it is a movie that would be good to watch. I would rate it a 7 out of 10.

I found it interesting that you chose this movie to review. I haven't watched it, but personally I heard it wasn't good. I'm not a fan of horror movies so I'm probably not the targeted demographic.
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't really a horror movie, at least not for me because I found it more disturbing instead of scary. It wasn't the best movie, there are better movies, but it's ok.
